  • Equipment details (model numbers, serial numbers, condition descriptions)

  • Transaction history and offer records

  • IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data

  • Shipping and tracking information

Information is used strictly for business purposes including evaluating submissions, processing transactions, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations, and improving services.

Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill business and legal obligations. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encrypted connections (SSL), restricted administrative access, and secure hosting infrastructure.

No Sale of Data

  1. TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Ownership Representation: By submitting equipment, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the property and that the item is not stolen, encumbered, or subject to any third-party claim.

Preliminary Offers: All offers are preliminary and contingent upon physical inspection. We reserve the right to adjust, revoke, or refuse any offer at our sole discretion.

Inspection Rights: We reserve the right to verify serial numbers, test functionality, and inspect items for discrepancies.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Okazzion LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or transactions.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Okazzion LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms or submission of unlawful property.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Okazzion LLC operates. The Company reserves the right to require arbitration where permitted by law.

  1. OFFER & INSPECTION POLICY

All submitted items undergo formal intake inspection upon arrival.

Inspection includes:
1. Serial number verification
2. Photographic documentation
3. Functional testing
4. Condition grading comparison

If discrepancies are identified, a revised offer may be issued. Sellers will have 48 hours to accept or decline the revised offer. If declined, the item may be returned at seller expense unless otherwise agreed.

The Company reserves the right to retain items suspected of being stolen or fraudulent and may report such items to appropriate authorities.

  1. PAYMENT POLICY

Payments are issued only after inspection approval and ownership verification.

Accepted payment methods may include ACH transfer, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or company check. Payment timelines are typically 1–3 business days following inspection approval.

We reserve the right to delay payment pending identity verification or fraud investigation.

  1. SHIPPING POLICY

When prepaid labels are provided, insurance coverage limits will be specified. Sellers are responsible for proper packaging.

Risk of loss transfers to Okazzion LLC only upon confirmed delivery to our facility. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed in accordance with carrier policies.

  1. INTERNAL OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES

Submission Review: All submissions are reviewed within 24 hours where possible. Offers are documented and logged in the internal system.

Intake Documentation: Upon arrival, items are photographed, logged, and matched against submissions.

Fraud Prevention: Serial numbers are verified and cross-checked against available databases. High-value transactions may require identity verification.

Data Security: Access to administrative systems is restricted. Multi-factor authentication and regular database backups are recommended.
